June 29, 2016 - Letter from Ambassador Jose L. Cuisia
Today is Ambassador Cuisia's last day at the Philippine Embassy in Washington DC and he and Mrs Cuisia are now flying back home to the Philippines. In his busy schedule, he managed to leave us a heartwarming letter below. LSPAA will surely miss Ambassador Cuisia!
