BENTE BERDE RAFFLE RESTRICTIONS

1.   For ANA travel to Asia, the US departure hubs are IAD, DCA, JFK, ORD, SFO,LAX, SJC, SEA.

2.   Travel cost to and from Baltimore, the port of origin and final destination, to the account of the winner.

3.   Bermuda cruise restricted at lowest non-peak season listed price.

4.   For all travels - All Nippon Air Travel and Bermuda Cruise 

•    government taxes, fees and all other incidental expenses to the account of the winner
•    no blackout dates but are subject to availability
•    must be completed by Sept. 12, 2015
•    must provide 4 weeks notice prior to travel dates 

5.   The cash option for the 2^nd Grand Prize (Bermuda Cruise for two (2) is $800.  

6.   The cash option for the 3^rd Grand Prize (iPad Air w/ Retina Display 32GB)  is $400.

7.   The cash option is NOT available for the 1^st Grand Prize (All Nippon Airways Travel).

8.   There can only be one winning ticket number for each Grand Prize.
